Our special control systems are the result of years of real production experience. We developed our own control systems to create the perfect systems for glass production.
What makes us different from others:

- Our control systems consist of automation products of major brands. We dont use home made electronics. This means that you can find spare parts everywhere.

- Motor synchronization systems: We can proudly say that our SM1 and SM100 are the best motor synchronization systems in market. Please visit SM1 and SM100 pages.
- Electronic timers: Timer systems are the second important parts of a glass production line after synchronization systems. We offer timer systems for IS, press, press and blow lines. An industrial PC is used as operator interface. As expected, recipe management, alarm management, fine event programming possible. Special costumer requests can be added to controller program.
- Servo feeder control systems: Our servo feeder control system is a drive system which drives shears and plunger. Shears are driven as an indexing axis. Plunger follows a cam which can be defined with 32 points. 2 different cams can be used at the same time. These 2 cams work consequtively. This means that 2 different gobs and gob weights can be created consequtively.
- Complete control systems for IS, press, press and blow lines: Our timers and SM100 synchronization system can be used together as a complete line control system. We modernize your old machines with new drive and control systems.
